On the morning of June 25, 2024, Zhongdaxin Intelligent Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Group, held a mid-year summary work meeting in Wuxi. Yu Qiang, chairman of the group, Jiang Dongyou, chairman of Texikron Company, Jin Bonghuan, general manager, and other shareholders and heads of various departments of the company attended the meeting.
The meeting reviewed the plans and goals formulated by the company at the beginning of the year, summarized the work results of the first half of the year, and determined the key work projects in the second half of the year.
In the first half of the year, Zhongda Xin Intelligent Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. carried out a precise layout around Sino-Korean trade, chip trade and the introduction of Korea's advanced products and technologies, and realized trade orders with a total value of more than 6 million yuan, successfully docked a number of domestic head charging piles and application electronic chip consumer enterprises, and reached strategic cooperation with Taihu University to further deepen the company's industry-university-research cooperation in Wuxi.
In the second half of the year, the company will further improve corporate governance, deeply integrate the resources of shareholders in import and export trade, high-end chip sales, integrated circuit industry research and training, etc., absorb the industrial energy of local partners in Wuxi, expand new business, help shareholders achieve resource docking and business landing on the premise of completing the group's task indicators, and better tap the resource advantages and industrial empowerment of Sino-Korean joint ventures.
The shareholders of both sides are full of confidence in the development of Zhongda Chip, and have in-depth communication and exchange of trade cooperation space between China and South Korea, the convergence and integration of local resources in Wuxi, and the prospect of carrying out integrated circuit industry-university-research business, clarify the business direction in the second half of the year, sort out the advantages and shortcomings of the current business, standardize the responsibilities and processes of various departments, and ensure the sustainable and high-quality development of the joint venture.
